Sabies que fem una mitja de 3 hores de sof\u00e0<\/a> al dia? D’esta manera, es converteix en el tercer lloc m\u00e9s visitat al dia despr\u00e9s del llit i el treball, on passem una mitja de 7 i 5 hores di\u00e0ries.<\/p>\n

La dada no \u00e9s d’estranyar, ja que el sof\u00e0 \u00e9s triat com a primera opci\u00f3 en realitzar activitats tan quotidianes com veure la televisi\u00f3, conversar, relaxar-se, prendre un caf\u00e9, llegir, descansar\u2026 i sobretot, per a dormir la migdiada.<\/p>\n

Resulta curi\u00f3s com cada part del sof\u00e0 pertany a un membre de la fam\u00edlia. Com ens agrada tombar-nos en ell apropiant-nos del comandament, el paper tan actiu que juga en les relacions familiars o de parella i, com s’arriba a detestar quan per discussions de parella cal dormir all\u00ed per for\u00e7a.<\/p>\n

C\u00f2modes i en pijama, amb una manta, envoltats de coixins, solos o acompanyats, arraulits o \u201ca cama solta\u201d\u2026 el sof\u00e0 ens agrada!<\/p>\n

I si ho pensem\u2026 quant temps passem en ell al llarg de la nostra vida? Considerant que ho gaudim una mitjana de tres hores di\u00e0ries, l’equival\u00e8ncia en una vida de 80 anys ens d\u00f3na\u2026 deu anys de la nostra vida en el sof\u00e0!<\/p>\n
